ASD WebSigner client component

Installation

MS Windows

  • Download the MSI installation package.
  • Run and confirm the installation of the downloaded MSI package.
  • You can now use the installed component in conjunction with electronic signature web applications.
  • The first time you use it, you may be notified in your browser to start the application. Execution must be enabled.
  • To use a certificate in a file, the file must be uploaded to the %USERPROFILE%\\AppData\Local\ASDWebSigner\Certificates directory, or you can configure additional file and directory certificate sources in the application.

Linux

  • Download the installation sh shell script.
  • Run the downloaded script with sh ./ASDWebSigner-Linux-[version].sh command.
  • You can now use the installed component in conjunction with electronic signature web applications.
  • The first time you use it, you may be notified in your browser to start the application. Execution must be enabled.
  • To use a certificate in a file, the file must be uploaded to the ~/Library/Preferences/ASDWebSigner/Certificates directory, or you can configure additional file and directory certificate sources in the application.

Mac OSX

  • Download the DMG installation package.
  • Start the "Finder" application and find the downloaded DMG file in the "Downloads" folder, on which use the "Open" option via the context menu. Confirm the security message by selecting "Open".
  • In the opened window "Install ASDWebSigner" drag the "ASDWebSigner" icon to the "Applications" icon.
  • Close the "Install ASDWebSigner" window and close the connected DMG disk and select "Eject".
  • You can now use the installed component in conjunction with electronic signature web applications.
  • The first time you use it, you may be notified in your browser to start the application. Execution must be enabled.
  • You can be notified by the operating system when the application starts for the first time. Confirm the start with the "Open" option.
  • To use a certificate in a file, the file must be uploaded to the ~/.ASDWebSigner/Certificates directory, or you can configure additional file and directory certificate sources in the application.

Android

  • Get ASD WebSigner application on Google Play.
  • You can now use the installed component in conjunction with electronic signature web applications.

iOS

  • Download and install ASD WebSigner application on the App Store.
  • You can now use the installed component in conjunction with electronic signature web applications.
